At Shemrock it is the endeavour of the management and staff to develop a strong value system and character of each child. The school is emphasizing self discipline more than punishment. The school has a commitment to innovate and to use contemporary practices. The objective of the school is to produce winners-winners not those who make some one lose, but those who win against their own limitations. By regular participation winning/ losing no longer remains chained to expectations but becomes an instrument of liberation, drawing out the talent of an individual to create the fulfilled self-reliant personality.
