Registration Process :

*School academic year is from April to March.

*Registration Forms for admission will be issued at our Administrative Office or can be downloaded at our website by clicking here.

*Parents can contact the Administrative Office to collect the Forms.

*Forms duly filled are to be submitted to the Administrative Office.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Registration Form

. Copy of the Birth Certificate

. Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to class 1 onwards)

Admission Process

For Pre-Nursery, Nursery & KG
. Parental Interaction - Both parents will be requested to join us for an interactive session

For Class 1 to 5.

.Admission process consists of a set of tasks which a child will be asked to do.

For Class 6 onwards

. Students registered for admission to classes 6 and above will be asked to appear for an admission test and an interview. The tests will be in English and Maths.

*Selection of the candidates will be based on merit.

*The date of the result will be intimated at the time of interview.

*The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.

Acceptance of Admission

Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the declaration of the result. The following documents need to be submitted along with the Admission Form.

*Evidence of having passed the previous class.

*2 photographs

*Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards)

*Proof of residence

*Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification

*Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue.

Parent Orientation Program
There will be an orientation program for all new parents before the beginning of the session. This program will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & work ethics of the school / society / group.

FEES
For all students the fee will be charged for full year from April of the year of admission. The fee is to be deposited in ICICI Bank Phase-7 Mohali. For more information about fees please visit Shemrock sr sec school ,sector-69,mohali

ADMISSION DURING SESSION IN JULY
Some seats are filled up in July because of vacancies caused due to transfer of parents. Only those coming on transfer are given admission.

EXPLUSION
Principal reserves right to expel any child on disciplinary grounds during the session.
