This is to ensure that the huge amounts which you are planning to invest, is used properly as to give fruitful results and we suggest you to get the building constructed as per my advice as we have gained an insight after constructing many buildings. There is likelihood that you may save about 20% of the total cost of construction.

For Preschool:

Area: 2000-3000 sq. ft (ground floor preferred) i.e 200-500 sq meters.

Investment: 5-10 lacs (for already constructed area), New construction will cost 1200-1500 per sq feet.

For Senior Secondary School:

Area: 2 Acre as per CBSE norms / 1 Acre for Metropolitan Cities / 1 Acre for Hills

Built up area of 10,000 sq feet till primary school, which can be upgraded to Senior Secondary level with 15000+ sq feet as per the strength of the students.

Term of Agreement: 3 Years

Royalty: 15%

• Kindly email/Courier us the location map of the proposed location in the city/town with real pictures.
• If the location is approved, we shall send you the sample agreement.
• You shall undertake 1 week long training at our head office in Mohali where we provide you with manuals and training material.
• We shall assist you in purchases for your school during your training which will help you a lot while setting up a new branch of Shemrock.
• We shall prepare a marketing plan for your launch in consultation with you.
• Once the branch is launched, you shall continue to receive regular guidance on running the school as per the Shemrock urriculum and standards
