R&D Team
Today, the world of education is very dynamic and constantly evolving. Technology is fast emerging as a powerful trend in impacting learning both within the classroom and outside the classroom.
The men and women behind the research and development initiatives have on field experience and come from a variety of educational and professional background. One third of the team comprises of postgraduates in various fields such as early childhood education, math, physics, chemistry, biology, languages, special education and software engineering. The rest have advanced degrees, mainly in education, languages, engineering and social work and the other half of the team comprises of PhD's and M.Phils.
This dynamic and well qualified team has toiled hard to bridge the gap that exists in the educational arena that is, the expectation (of parents & child) and actual achievement finally. It has devised ways and means to equip SHEMROCK educators and teachers with the tools and strategies they need to help students achieve success.
